Unison Controls was incorporated in 1992 with a focused vision: to become a premier manufacturer of industrial solid state relays. Absorbing the operating demands of core processing industries, we translated shop-floor engineering challenges into robust solid state designs.

Over three decades of focused investment in automated SMT manufacturing, precision testing benches, and in-house R&D, our portfolio has expanded from single-phase DIN-rail relays to complete technology verticals—including multi-channel interface cards, Modbus temperature controllers, and SCR power controllers.

We operate on a tradition of humility and technical discipline. Every relay assembled in our plant is built with an understanding of the mission-critical systems it powers: plastics extruders, packaging lines, and industrial furnaces where an unplanned shutdown costs hours of output.

Unison owes its position to an uncompromising commitment to domestic manufacturing excellence. From 3D PCB layout and custom tooling to surface mount assembly and 200 A load testing, every process is conducted under one roof at Devraj Industrial Park in Ahmedabad.
