We only collect technical specifications and contact details required to process Requests For Quotations (RFQs) and fulfill purchase orders. We do not sell customer data or engage in consumer behavioral tracking.

When you submit an RFQ or contact our sales and engineering departments, we collect:
- Your name, business email address, phone number, and organization name.
- Technical project specifications including current, voltage, load profiles, ambient temperatures, and estimated batch quantities.
- Any technical drawings or schematics provided for heatsink profiling and SSR sizing.
2. How We Use Technical Data
Collected data is processed exclusively for commercial and engineering evaluation:
- Generating customized price quotations and technical datasheets.
- Conducting engineering sizing reviews for thermal dissipation and derating.
- Arranging dispatch, logistics, and invoicing from our Ahmedabad plant.
- Technical follow-ups regarding product operation or exhibition meetings.
3. Data Security & Storage
All RFQ submissions and customer communications are stored on secure internal servers. We apply industry-standard access controls, transport encryption (TLS/SSL), and restricted engineering access. We do not transfer industrial client lists to third-party advertising brokers.
4. Data Access and Deletion Requests
Industrial partners and individual contacts may at any time request a summary of their recorded technical inquiries, update contact credentials, or request complete deletion of correspondence records from our sales databases.
5. Jurisdiction
All legal disputes or privacy matters are subject exclusively to Ahmedabad, Gujarat jurisdiction.
